Freelance Publicist, PR Manager and Strategist with more than 20 years experience with FMCG and E-commerce brands.

I started out in events working at festivals such as Big Chill, Reading and Leeds, Latitude, NASS - getting my first job out of uni with Meanfiddler, (now Festival Republic), then to my first PR Role at Frank PR. I have gone onto work with some of London's top agencies such as M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy, spending a good chunk of time out in France working with a premium Cognac, as well as living and working in Spain, Italy and South Korea.

I love working with start-ups and being part of their launch journey as well as with established brands who have had a bit of a coverage ‘slump’ and coming up with new ideas and approaches. Drinks, Food and Lifestyle are my areas of expertise. I’ve trained in journalism and have experience writing about drinks, art, and once featured on BBC Worldwide as a culture expert.
